Daniel Meyer named VP for admission, financial aid
The University has named Daniel Meyer vice president for admission and financial aid. He will take over the position on March 1 and replace current interim vice president of admission and financial aid Christopher Wells.
According to the University Web site, Meyer has worked in college admissions for thirty years and currently serves as the vice president for enrollment management at Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Ind.…

Senate discusses distribution requirements, new congress
On Sunday, the Student Senate gave its official input on the proposed curriculum changes - a collective thumbs up to the Six Experiences.
Ten students voted for the Six Experiences, four students voted for the 2-2-2 option and three abstained. The senate's votes were considered by the academic board prior to the faculty vote.…

Panhel issues standard recruitment shirts to sororities
Bye bye, block letter shirts.
A new Panhellenic Council amendment will require that all Greek women wear a T-shirt provided by the council for the first round of formal recruitment in January. The block letter shirts will be distributed to each chapter and will depict the individual sorority's color scheme.…
