Letter to the Editor: Nationals' actions 'spineless'

I am a former Delta Zeta sorority parent. I would just like to add my two cents. My daughter was one of the many who were kicked out of the sorority that they loved.
She and many others had worked very hard to keep active in a multitude of activities on campus, not like some who were asked to stay. I know this is probably going to upset my daughter, but not as much as she already has been.
What the nationals at DZ did was purely wrong; I sent an e-mail to the nationals but never received a reply. As a retired U.S. Army officer, I will not stand by and read other letters supporting DZ nationals.
I really think the University needs to take a hard look at what DZ did to those women that are no longer with DZ and no longer have the experience of greek life, because DZ is spineless.
